I always receive great service. They are so courteous. I do my best not to bother them. I use patience.

I always get great service. This time a problem has to be diagnosed and I was able to keep a”loaner” for the duration of the diagnosis. I was kept informed about the problem and it was taken care of. I also had my car serviced at the same time.

Service was good. Chris was amazing per usual. However, I am deeply disappointed that INFINITI is losing all of their reliable and knowledgeable staff. They took away the snacks and now have a 3% charge for credit cards. I am ready to sell my vehicle and go to another make/model. Dick Smith is slowly trending down with the rest of the economy.

Before servicing, my service manager gave me an amount for a military discount, and I was also told that the amount for the diagnostics would be deducted from the final bill. When my truck was returned, I asked for the bill. The front desk receptionist gave an incorrect amount for the military discount, which I told her was incorrect, so she went to the service manager to verify the corrected amount. Mechanics had oil stains on my floor mats. No snacks in the waiting lobby! When customers wait there should be snacks and drinks for them!

Someone tracked oil stains in the on my floor mates and the passenger door. They use to have drinks and snacks while you wait in the lobby!! Now they have nothing. For all the money the Customer spends that is a Shame!! It shows Infinity don’t care about the Customer!!

Customer service horrible and did not return call when promised with quote. . Pricing overprice even after warranty paid coverage of parts and labor. Labor was so overpriced that out of pocket was nearly $250 EXTRA. Had 7am Appt for car repair and still took 12 hours before car was ready

As stated previously, John McMillian has been a great help providing information about the prescheduled work needed as well as whatever items or concerns we have above the scheduled needs. John is very knowledgeable about whatever the problem is and provides estimated cost and lead times for doing the work. He goes out of his way to provide a schedule we can live with.

Was passing through to go to my son's graduation. Saw the dealership and went for a test drive. Keith was so helpful and easy to work with. And trustworthy! I ended up not buying from him because of the logistical issues with not living near by. Other than that I would have bought. When I told him he totally understood. Never felt pressure. Car has been there since 12/27/16 and no phone call on status of car and no loaner provided. Car has problem with not starting & they accussed me of not knowing how to start the car, have had car for 10 yrs, i know how to start car. Service is deplorable! This is the 2nd time car has been there for same issue. Charged me $65.00 + 90.00 to tow it there and did not fix the problem first time &now back in and not one call on status. This is my 3rd INFINITI and probably the last
