I have been associated with this dealership for over 20 years. You lost two great employees recently. Chris in the service department and Keith Stokes in the sales department. They were wonderful assets and are no longer there. That’s sad.

1 and 1/2 hours for an oil change is unacceptable. I waited! It's a good half day if you get a loaner so I learned not to do that. Will Not return

I am a customer since 2010 and have always received great service. Yesterday was no different - great service, nice people - but I was surprised after paying my rather substantial bill to find that you are charging an additional 3% for credit card users.
This added an unexpected $19.00 to my bill. This isn't going to put me in the Poor House, but I should have been told in advance about it- preferably when I made the appointment to have my car serviced. Overall, I was very pleased with Lucas and repair my car received. Some things were out of their control, like how long it took to get parts for the repair. But in the end, my car is running fine and I'm happy with service. Thanks!!!

Initally, we received a message that the vehicle was checked in. We did not receive any updates on the status of the vehicle service throughout the day. Our vehicle was dropped off the day before, for a 0800 appt. We called at the end of the day to inquire, because we were not sure of the status or if we would need to make arrangements for a rental. Very disappointed ,service has declined since I started dealing with Infinity in 2011.,very frustrating.
My experience is always exceptional! I was disappointed that I was unable to obtain a loaner, but my service was fast so waiting was not an inconvenience.
Experience was good. Easy to schedule and told me exactly what to expect. No surprises.
I got charged almost $1000 and my car isn’t fixed. The issue didn’t get resolved and my car is down. I didn’t get a survey of anything going on with my car nor a call from the service guy. I knew he is new; however, I miss Chris Fisher
I went for oil change and left with a bill for something I believe they caused

Was having difficulty getting in contact with the service department. My Agent was either not at his desk or just hard to keep up with. I had to keep calling or either popped up to see what was going on with my vehicle.
I appreciate the personal touch,and listening to my concerns. The G35 is running great after a major service. It’s expensive to maintain a fine vehicle like the INFINITI but it is smarter and more economical in the long run to treat it to the professionals. Service was just as described. The cleaning was also appreciated. Strut replacement was a little more expensive than I thought. Vehicle does ride much better. Would recommend Dick Smith INFINITI.

Great service, explain any findings, willing to address concerns, and work with you on prioritizing repairs or services. If you have any issues that come up after services they will look into it as well. I also like that they provide access to a loaner car for extended work or services
Had to reschedule because you didn't write down 1st one. Tech did not check me out to discuss what was done or when next maintenance required.

The change of the entire service department team, it’s a no go. My service advisor NEVER ANSWERS THE PHONE OR RESPONDS TO VOICEMAILS. I was scheduled to have my oil changed 11/5/25, had to reschedule due to me loosing my drivers license. I had to schedule it for 11/12/25. My service advisor informed me that my car was ready and also recommended I get the engine cleaner (the service tech put it in). The service department was excellent. I had an early appointment, I was checked in, and on the road five minutes. They kept me up to date throughout the repair and I picked it up that afternoon. Dick Smith INFINITI is the best. I highly recommend them.

Micheal Brown was very un-perfessional. Never call back or answers the phone. I paid $2500 to fix my car. Car wasn't ready when I picked it up, had appointment to recheck car Michael wasn't there. He's always unavailable.my raido system was working when the car was dropped off, and not working when I picked it up. They want me to pay another $1200 plus to fix something that wasn't broken when they git the car. I declined that. Very bad service.
It was very difficult to make contact with the manager. I had to call several times just to get a response.

I've trusted DS INFINITI of St Andrews since '06 to keep my G35 Coupe running like new. Lucas was very knowledgeable, kept me informed and was exceedingly pleasant. Wow - getting my car serviced has gotten awfully expensive, but I do trust Dick Smith to fix it right. My bill blew a big hole in my budget, but it's cheaper than buying a new car! I really enjoyed working with Porter. He made me feel very comfortable & was not pushy. Porter has extensive knowledge of the vehicles I was considering & patiently sat with me & explained all the features.
My Qx50 was not repaired in service for 2 days. Clicking rear end still happening. I picked it up on 9/26/25 Lucas said it was repaired. Nope! Dwan Brown called me to bring my car back on 10/01/25. Still under warranty so hopefully this time it is repaired.
Everything went well. The Sales was good. The Employees gave as much time as needed.

Actual car repairs were completed throughly and in a timely manner. Service advisor, Micheal, did not provide the customer service I’m used to from this dealership. He only communicated through text messages, although I was sitting in the waiting area. Micheal also failed to respond to two voice messages that I left regarding recommended services.

I was greeted immediately upon my arrival and seated in the lobby. My service rep met with me and discussed my requested service items, got me a loaner, and sent me on my way home. I was kept informed of the service process and called to discuss serveral other issues that were found upon inspection. I had requested to be able to pick my car up by 2 p.m. and was called and told it would be ready. When I got to the dealership, my car had been cleaned up and was ready to go.
Thank you for a wonderful experience. Porter was very knowledgeable about the car, all its features, and technology. I wasn’t rushed at all and felt at ease making the purchase. Ethan was very helpful in finance too and even kept that part of the car buying process easy. Overall, there are two INFINITI dealers closer to where I live, but I will continue to take the extra drive to work with these folks again. Loving my new ride! Thanks all!

Services done April and December 2024 were listed again for needed services again. It makes you question what is going on and loose trust in the services.

This INFINITI dealership continues to lag behind with its online appointment system. After weeks of waiting for approval with no response, I finally called in. Unfortunately, I was disconnected during the first transfer, and my second call went to voicemail. To their credit, someone called me back and immediately scheduled a next-morning drop-off with a loaner vehicle, which was outstanding service.

I always receive superb customer service from Chris Fisher. I’ve been receiving client services since 2018 and have never been disappointed, today I picked up my vehicle and was saddened and surprised to see that it had not been cleaned/wiped/vacuumed. (Wondering if this a courtesy that's no longer being offered like the snacks.., water, soda, fruits or chips….)

Overcharging on parts prices well above the MSRP. 3% surcharge if you pay with a credit card. No one called me to tell me my car was ready. Customer service and customer experience has fallen off a great deal. I’ve been a customer of Dick Smith since I bought my first INFINITI in 2004, 21 years and I don’t think my next car purchase will be an INFINITI. Great service center. I have brought my QX60 in a couple of times for routine service. Chris has always been professional and knowledgeable. I am not from Columbia and did not buy the car here, but probably will next time.
Chris has been my service representative for 13 years. I’m on my fourth INFINITI and always had excellent service that is quick and reliable. The staff does a great job of getting people in quickly so they can keep moving with their day if they are not waiting for their vehicle.
My experience at the dealership service center was disappointing, frustrating, and overpriced—completely unprofessional, dismissive, and impersonal; the staff seemed rushed, neglectful, disorganized, and unhelpful, making the entire process feel inefficient, disrespectful, misleading, and ultimately unsatisfactory.
