INFINITI Launches New Post-Sales Information and Satisfaction Program with the 2025 QX80
Fresh on the heels of being named #2 in sales satisfaction by the J.D. Power 2024 U.S. Sales Satisfaction Index (SSI) Study, thanks to Dick Smith INFINITI and other INFINITI dealers, the brand is launching a new program that promises a first-class ownership experience.
The program starts with deliveries of the all-new 2025 QX80 premium three-row SUV. After customers take delivery of their QX80s, they will have dedicated INFINITI Client Experience Coordinators. Coordinators will establish contact with clients after purchase to ensure they feel satisfied with and connected to their new QX80s. They will be ready to answer customer questions that have arisen during their initial ownership period and assist customers with enrolling in various connected car technologies, such as pairing their phones to the vehicles and connecting with the MyINFINITI smartphone app and the Owner Portal.
The MyINFINITI Expert phase begins a few weeks after the purchase. This phase takes post-purchase customer service a step further by providing a tailored, in-person or virtual visit. During these appointments, tech experts demonstrate key QX80 features, such as biometric Cooling, the Invisible Hood View, and the Klipsch audio system with Individual Audio. They are also prepared to answer questions that may arise after clients spend some time behind the wheels of their new vehicles. The program’s goal is to ensure clients feel familiar, confident, and entirely at home with all the features their new QX80s have to offer. It is provided at no additional cost and exemplifies how INFINITI’s view of luxury is an experience that transcends a purchase.

The INFINITI Exclusives, Client Experience Coordinator, and MyINFINITI Expert programs build on the existing INFINITI determination to make ownership more effortless, more convenient, and more seamless for clients. Existing programs include INFINITI Premium Care, an integrated maintenance plan that includes inspections, oil changes, and tire rotations. It is complemented by INFINITI Valet, where a client’s vehicle can be picked up from his or her home or workplace and returned when service is complete.
“INFINITI’s thoughtful hospitality origins date back to 1989, when the brand was established 35 years ago. As we brought the all-new 2025 QX80 to market, we also wanted the ownership experience to match the level of exceptional design, performance and craftsmanship,” said Bob Welby, senior director, Operations, INFINITI USA. “Programs like INFINITI Exclusives introduce an entirely new level of hospitality; it’s our way of making ownership truly memorable.”

The 2025 QX80 is genuinely an extraordinary vehicle and the brand’s most sophisticated model to date. The new program ensures that every customer can take full advantage of all it has to offer. If you have an interest in a luxury three-row SUV, you owe it to yourself to check out the QX80 models currently in the Dick Smith INFINITI inventory.
