INFINITI Ranks Among Top Luxury Brands for Reputation

INFINITI has secured a spot near the top of the reputation rankings among luxury brands. The automaker earned a Reputation Score of 738 in the 2024-2025 Automotive Reputation Report, conducted by reputation.com.
The publication polled 5.5 million car buyers to determine their sentiments toward brands in the industry. INFINITI brand’s second-place finish positions it between Lexus in the top spot and Audi in third place. Nissan, the parent company of INFINITI, landed in third place among non-luxury brands in the United States.

INFINITI Group Vice President Craig Keeys said, “INFINITI has been redefining client experiences and setting the standard for luxury in the automotive industry since its inception 35 years ago. Our recognition in the 2024-2025 Reputation Report reflects Infiniti’s unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional, client-centered experiences that meet the evolving expectations of luxury consumers.”
The automaker’s excellent performance shows its commitment to investing in new technologies and features buyers want is paying off. Reputation.com looks at online reviews and other metrics to determine owner sentiment, and the publication praised INFINITI and other automakers for their ability to “quickly analyze and act on customer feedback.”

INFINITI improved its lineup in 2025 with a redesigned QX80 SUV, which took a top honor in crash tests performed by the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety. The brand’s latest SUVs offer compelling technologies, luxurious interior finishes, and great tech. The QX80 is available in several trims and configurations, including variants with air suspension and four-wheel drive.
The SUV comes standard with two 14.3-inch touchscreens, an in-vehicle camera system, a Klipsch premium audio system, Google Built-In, 64-color ambient LED interior lighting, and more. It also offers INFINITI ProPilot Assist 2.1, which includes hands-free driving and advanced adaptive cruise control on the highway.

Additionally, INFINITI equips a range of driver-assistance features, including blind spot monitoring with rear cross-traffic alerts, pedestrian detection, forward collision warnings, automatic emergency braking, lane departure warnings, lane keep assist, and more. The QX80 also gets a trailer blind spot warning system that can cover trailers of up to 33 feet with additional protection. The systems work intuitively and reliably, adding eyes and ears where the driver needs them most. =
Another part of the INFINITI brand’s success comes from its leadership team, which appointed a new head of Client Experience and Training late last year. Julie Lynch took over the role in November 2024 after an 18-year career at Nissan. Her influence has helped elevate the brand’s standing over the last few months, helping it earn top marks among luxury brands.
